This initiative, led by the group's HR department, aims to establish a strong bridge between the company and educational institutions, training centres, as well as all its employment partners.
The Ambassador Trades, all volunteers, have the mission to intervene and share their experience to enlighten young minds as well as individuals wishing to retrain professionally about the opportunities and realities of our professions.
But that's not all! They will also be the driving force behind innovative ideas, contributing to working groups and projects to highlight the professions in the logistics and transport sector. From participating in communication campaigns to designing impactful actions, they will play a key role in promoting their profession.
