New Branding Strategy for Our Real Estate Portfolio

NEW Identity of the group

We are pleased to announce the implementation of our new signage strategy across our entire property portfolio. This initiative aims to strengthen the uniformity and visual consistency of our buildings, in line with our Group identity.

As part of this strategy, the logo of the Groupe Bils-Deroo will now be present on all our buildings, highlighting our commitment and expertise in the fields of Logistics, Transport, and Real Estate. This initiative marks a key step in our desire to consolidate our brand image across all our sites.

The Simastock brands, already well established in our warehouses, will continue to be used. However, they will now be accompanied by the Group logo on the new buildings, thus providing a stronger and more unified representation of our market positioning.

This evolution reflects our commitment to providing our clients and partners with a seamless and consistent experience, while highlighting our vertical integration across our various activities.
